HOW WE GOT HERE: I love design and i love plants, so after finishing my degree in Interior Design with emphasis in sustainability i knew way too much about the benefits of plants and nature in our indoor environment for me not to share with the world. Very quickly i realized that such magical properties worth sharing with the world to beautify and purify everyones interior environments and improve
our health, so i decided to open up my shop....today, here we are creating zero waste living art design for you and your loved ones. THE DESIGNER: I was born in the Greek island of Cyprus and moved to the United States when i was 18 to study Interior design. 10 years later, two higher education degrees and multiple jobs under my belt, i decided to relocate to the UK to be closer to my family in Cyprus. Today i live in the UK and visit Cyprus very very often for sunshine and inspiration. I am a creative individual, nature enthusiast, who combines my love and appreciation for natural processes with my many years of education, knowledge skills and expertise. THE INSPIRATION AND JOURNEY: I get inspired, simply, from all my natural surroundings and all weather conditions during the 4 seasons.. Very often I find myself exploring many outdoor venues where I observe, analyze, question and discover myself and my creative boundaries through nature’s processes and properties. Those discoveries are what I strive to share with you, as my client. THE METHODS: I homegrown and hand gather, nearly, every material I use in all my designs. When I need to source externally I select my vendors carefully, to ensure they follow similar values in their methods of operation. Every piece is unique and one of a kind, made with much care and love. WHAT MAKES BELIVINGART UNIQUE: Why me over any other shop? From beginning to end, my goal is to create a closed loop process system where no landfill waste is been produced. All of our designs, shipping, packaging and promotional materials are biodegradable, compostable, plantable or recyclable.
