So proud of my lil Lukas! This really has been an emotional rollercoaster the past few weeks for us all but the kids have done amazing! Their lil lives have been turned upside down but they just go with the flow😘so grateful to have all this extra time with him even if I am happy when he goes to bed lol

Thinking of making some of my own smudge sticks🤔

Even if you are not spiritual I'm sure you've felt the energy or a room before....ever walked in somewhere an instantly felt different?😏
Energy is everywhere and it can build up. Imagine something bad happend or an argument took place in your home. That hangs around untill you clear it out no joke ✌️💫

You don't have to do a fancy ritual to clear it out.🧚‍♀️Just set the intention to clear your energy space, your home, car, office or where ever it may be.
Open the windows and even if you don't have any sage, light an insence stick and wave it around. Spreading your positive energy! 🙌💫💜
I bet you'll be surprised at how different it is afterwards😉😘

How awesome they do different things when put with other plants though! I've always used sage untill I came across this awesome florida water. But I have lavender growing in abundance in my garden so time to plant some sage an get this going🌿🌱🙌💫💜

So I don't quite look like this doing the stretches but I've found they really help. Some seem so simple an yet I'm struggling 😂😂

But suffering with back pain is no laughing matter its soo annoying it's like a constant thing. Since having a back injury I've struggled massively but getting healthy an doing stretches regularly does really help keep it at bay.

I feel the difference if I don't do any for a while an man do I regret it lol🙈😂
Anyway these ones below are stress relieving so even if you don't have a sore back they will help to relax your body ready for a restful sleep 🙌😘

It's really true happiness comes from within! When we stop expecting other people to make us happy, or thing being a certain way.
When we just decide to be happy with what we have, who we are and feel grateful. Then we can start being the best versions of ourselves and truly grow! Feeling grattitude every step of the way while we bring into our lives every thing we've ever dreamt of. That's true happiness😘😇it really can be that simple ❤️❤️🤗😉

Happy Sunday people!!

I hear this a lot and used to say it myself.
'I will be happy when.....'

But I truley believe that's the wrong way around!🤔

Enjoy the journey to the things you want, they will enhance your life, maybe make things easier or bring new fun experiences. So yes happiness is attached to that but why wait to be happy?

If we don't enjoy all lifes little twists an turns an daily tasks it becomes really mundane.

How could you make things more enjoyable for yourself?

Even just by thinking about things differently and being grateful for what you have whilst planning towards your dreams and goals🤷‍♀️😘
