Here at Minster Leisure Homes Ltd Implementing Health and Safety is Priority. Recently having upgraded our Fire Alarm System our Fire Marshalls carry out regular drills to keep all staff on their toes highlighting any issues with means of escape on the shop floor.
Drills are necessary to ensure all staff are aware of procedures should the sounder be activated. These are also vital for providing feedback to management to allow for further improvements and most importantly the safety of our team.
