We are looking for another apprentice to join the two we already have in their path to become qualified electricians. Ideally located in the Dartford/Greenhithe area to be able to travel with our electricians based in those areas. A full JTL apprenticeship and full range of electrical works carried out so will gain a wide range of skills and knowledge of the electrical industry.

Hopefully some good progress on this site in the coming weeks means we can get started on this smart home which we have been involved with, some big delays in extending the property before finished, a meeting tonight with tonight to finalise plans and designs. 🤞 we get started soon

Recently carried out a few lighting alterations at home for our garden lighting, extended our decking so added some recessed LED profiles in the decking and some lighting to some new planting we’ve had done.

Finally our stairs are transformed, last year before we had Oscar we explored changing these so we had more room by our front door but to no success so we decided to give them a face lift, the squeaked like mad, felt unsteady, so I cut the old treads and risers out and replaced with new mdf using a slightly thicker one to make the new ones feel stronger and less likely to move. Glued, screwed, clad in oak and soft wood to complete the make over. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Thanks to for making the reading corner under the stairs so we now have a place to snuggle and read books to Oscar and thanks to for decorating. These are now a fantastic feature of our dining room!

We recently carried out some remedial and rectification works on our friends recently completed extension. The electrician the builder used done some real beauties, we managed to resolve and improve (to current regs) with minimum damage or disruption, just how it should be! The tv was our first Sky Glass, we opened up the wall to reinforce and guarantee a secure fixing. No chances taken! If you’re not happy with your electrics, we can help.

Definitely not how I pictured getting some admin work done whilst away on a golfing trip this weekend, getting stuck at Faro airport for the night. Still good time to kill the 9 hours until my new flight 🤦‍♂️👍

We started this 8 month containment project last week, we will be installing all forms of galvanised containment but won’t be able to document any of the work due to client stipulations. The site is vast, more then a mile in length and more than half a mile in wide, we certainly have a lot to do!

Evening, we’ve been mad busy the last few weeks and I’ve got distracted. We have a lot of on going projects and some really interesting and good ones coming up. Home refurb is taking time and priority, 4 weeks now until baby Fletchrics is with us, potentially. We’ve completed office LED lighting upgrade for in Hampshire, meeting for a new build in hove with , a penthouse apartment with in Hampstead, testing and inspection in the Gherkin for a controls client, weekend shutdown testing and inspection in the Barclays tower at Docklands, it’s mad busy but equally brilliant and even bought some new tools to improve our networking terminating from .

Back to this job today to resolve some small issues and fine tuning of the electric doors commissioned a couple of days ago, this kitchen and those doors are 👌 I love this style of home, clean modern living. So satisfying to see the end result.

We carried out this consumer unit upgrade on a large property for one of our clients, they had a fault that meant their main switch RCD kept tripping several times a night taking the whole house power out. We found the fault, recommended the upgrade, a full test and inspection. We had to upgrade the main house supply as the original was inadequate, new pool house power supply, RCBO populated so each individual circuit is protected minimising nuisance tripping like they previously experienced. We completed this job near Horsham a little while ago, this beautiful house made use of some of their large garden spaces with some elegant lighting of their features, this pergola lighting that is linked to the main house external lighting is fantastic, all designed and installed by us, the fittings are all integrated LED fittings. We love the results as did the client, always helps.
