We are proud to announce that we are 20 years old today. Limnaria Gardens & Villas Holiday Rentals (legal entity Worldwide Lettings Limited) was incorporated as Paphos Lettings Limited on 7th September 2024 and changed its name to the current one in March 2005.

Colin Hall started the business from the UK at the age of 37 and shortly afterwards moved to Cyprus and has been living there ever since. The company was formed with the intention of being a major player for holiday rentals on Limnaria Gardens and Limnaria Villas but not being too big that the personal tough and deep resort knowledgebase is lost. Over the years the property database has fluctuated between 50 and 75 properties and ever since the complexes were built we have been the most successful rental agents generating more bookings than any of our competitors. Statistics show that only 25% of businesses last over 15 years so it is no small accomplishment to reach 20 years surviving the 2007-2009 global recession, the 2010 Icelandic dust cloud and COVID 19 This was down to the hard work and dedication of the staff, support staff and associates of which many have also become friends and not forgetting the many customers who book with us year after year. Without our repeat business the outlook may have been far different and for this we are so proud and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
