I’m writing to share the fantastic news that, based on guest reviews and feedback gathered throughout 2022, your holiday home has achieved the coveted 2023 Customers' Choice Award.
As you may already know, the award is given to owners whose holiday homes have achieved a consistent score of 9.5 (or above) for the “overall” rating through our Reevoo guest satisfaction feedback, therefore falling into the top 20% of all our listed properties. Consistently high standards keep guests coming back to us year after year and we couldn’t achieve this without your help.
Your cottages.com holiday home details now feature the Customers' Choice Award 2023 icon and a certificate will be sent to you by post before the end of April.
