Some absolute lowlife has stolen from my dads van.😓

He doesn’t use them that often so unsure on when this happened.

All makita power tools. planer, grinder, SDS hammer drill, combi & impact drill set, jigsaw, circular saw and 1x 5A battery & a twin battery charger.

Please keep an eye out for us if anyone is selling any second hand etc.

Hello again! 👋🏼

Just another photo dump of some bathrooms we’ve done recently 🛀🏻

- First one was a cladding job in winlaton that we completed in 3 days! 😍
- Then a few snaps from a one in Gosforth 🚿
- Few from a cladding job in Washington 🧼
- Last but not least, a stunning bathroom that utilises the space brilliantly. The 60x60 Panda marble tiles & folded shower screen & spacious niches really set this one off. 🤩

😍😍 Check out these before & afters 😍😍

First one in Cramlington…

We moved the toilet & built a “L” shaped half stud wall. So we could fit back to wall toilet with concealed cistern & wall hung basin unit.

With LED mirror, plinth lights shining out the bottom of wall hung basin unit, plinth lights in the bath panel & 2 more plinth lights in the niche 💡 this stunning modern bathroom moved close to one our favourites we’ve done to date.

Second one in Bedlington…

Another beauty. Built out false wall to create stunning niche, concealed shower, back to wall with concealed cistern & floating shelf basin.

Built in mirror that’s flush with tiles & modern radiator with slim built in mirror. & stunning LVT herringbone flooring.

2 bathrooms we are proud of and both completed in 5 working days 😍👏🏼

Can’t believe it’s March already! 😮

Here’s a recent bathroom completed in Boldon 🛠️

This one, the whole suite was re-arranged…

We built a stud wall for concealed shower valve & niche & who doesn’t love a niche 😍

A stunning modern cloudy looking tile with a gold fleck in it. Finished off with gold trims 🟨

Counter-top basin vanity unit & LED mirror 🪞💡

Fan extractor install, 4 spotlights & ceiling boarded ready for plastering ✅

And all completed within 1 working week 🙌🏼

So the one I told you to keep an eye out for… Take a look at this one 👀 something a little different from us. 🤩

This customer had the luxury of a huge garage space. So big that we managed to half it in size so that he could still get a car in and have a luxurious utility/office space, with downstairs toilet room on the other side. 😍

As you can see from the before pictures it was just brick walls and a very old toilet room.

So much work went into this…

- We built a stud wall between the 2 rooms
- installed modern double doors
- Boarded all walls and ceilings
- Laid new grey oak laminate flooring
- Installed new double radiator
- Installed towel radiator
- Installed new basin toilet vanity set whilst hiding all pipework & fitting white marble wall cladding.
- Installed 10 spotlights in total
- Installed 4 new double sockets
- Renewed electrics for switches, outside lights & garage door
- Installed cold water supply for washing machine & fridge freezer water
- Moved boiler flue into ceiling space and fitted access hatch to access flue joint.
- Fitted all architraves and skirting boards & caulked.

A special mention to Simon Reed’s Plastering Services who done major part of the boarding and plastered everywhere 👏🏼

Also a mention to Peter (customer) for his patience with us. We now know what sort of timescale these projects take to complete for future 🙌🏼

Rip out and first fix Monday
Fully tiled Tuesday by Dead Good Tilers 👏🏼
Grouted Wednesday
And second fixed/completed Thursday 😁

I wish they all went this smoothly 🤣

Another quick set of before and afters of a recent bathroom 🛁

*Customer photos* as I would have had the mirror on and straightened the basin tap lever 🤣

Photos really don’t do this one justice as it doesn’t look too bad before but after ripping the old boards off, there was a layer of tiles behind that pulled the plasterboards off back to the original brick.

The old shower you’ll notice a gap between the tray and wallboard so lots of water has got in and rotted all the flooring and joists, which the customer never noticed with it being a bungalow.

So a lot of work went into this one, reboarding all the walls and renewing joists and floorboards.

The unique blue basin unit and wall hung unit really set this one off, it’s truly stunning in person. 😍

Ok so the idea of doing a video before and after of every bathroom went out the window 🪟🤣

Really hard to do those things when you work as fast as we do 😮‍💨

But here’s a little bath out bath in we’ve just completed in Washington 🛁

We also replaced the basin/unit and towel rail. Really like the slate effect wallboard on this one 😍

The last bathroom completed end of last week for the Christmas break 🙌🏼🙏🏼.

And what a transformation it is. From 2 rooms and an “L” shaped room to 1 big square room 😍😍.

A bespoke cupboard made for the boiler cupboard, lovely suite with LED mirror, 2 walls fully tiled, 2 walls and ceiling fully plastered. 🛁🚽

Now finally some time off for the big man coming tonight and spend precious time with my little family 🥰🎅🏻.
