These photos show the before and after pics from a loft conversion we worked on. The home owner created a luxurious office/spare bed room with ensuite shower and also created a plant area to store the solar panel batteries and hot water tank.

We were called out to look at this job I'm Wigan. The lead had failed after a previous cladding instalation and the home owners said the front bedroom was very cold.
From the before pics you can see the lead had been installed badly, in multiple pieces stuck together using silicone and there was no insulation whatsoever behind the cladding.
We took some dimensions and had our friends at LEAD WELD make us up some internal corners for the cladding reveals, renewed the flashings, fully insulated behind the cladding and refitted it properly.

Today we completed a loft conversion in Northampton using the ecoTrus system, drastically reducing time on site and disruption to family life.

On this occasion we were tasked with creating space for 2 bedrooms in the unused loft of this lovely families home by

- Building a rear dormer
- Completing all exterior works including windows, HardiePlank cladding, Epdm roof and roofline.
- Insulating and laying the dormer floor.
- Creating the staircase opening, we moved the existing loft hatch into the opening to allow access. .

We completed the works without breaking through to the floor below allowing the home owner to complete the interior works himself with help of family members in the trades in the new year.

We are taking bookings now for 2025. With just a few basic measurements and pics we can create your estimate free of charge.

Our latest loft conversion is taking shape.

We have created the eaves detail, gable ladder, roofline, prepared the dormer roof and made a good start on the dormer cladding so far on this hip to gable conversion. It's going to be a labour of love on this one with the customer opting for a reroof using Rosemary Classic tiles but the finished product will look fantastic. Photos to follow.

Another loft conversion completed last week, this time in Leeds.
In conjunction with ecoTrus we opened up the gloomy storage space on this occasion taking the conversion upto insulation stage for the homeowner to complete the project.
The exterior was finished using the popular Hardieplank VL cladding with an Epdm roof. The white roofline was complimented by the French windows and velux windows flooding the new rooms with natural light.

This is a loft conversion we recently completed for a lovely couple who wanted to make use of their loft space to create an office/guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a plant/storage room.

Once again the innovative ecoTrus structure was erected drastically reducing build time.

Solar panels and a new slate roof were added to the property and the dormer finished using Hardieplank cladding and an EPDM roof. A Juliet balcony, window and Velux windows were incorporated to introduce natural light to the rooms and staircase.

The staircase was then fitted, interior insulated and stud walls erected with one side plasterboarded to allow access for second fix electrical works and plumbing to be carried out.

Another Dormer Conversion completed, this time for a lovely couple in Nottingham.

This one has been taken to structure and exterior finish with the insulation and staircase to be fitted at a later date.

The innovative ecoTrus structure was first fitted, drastically reducing the build time.

The roof was completed using Breathable Membrane, graded battens and
Spanish 24 x 12 Slates around sleek in-line solar panels.

The dormer was finished using a combination of Hardieplank cladding, vented soffits and fascias all in Anthracite to match in with sliding doors, windows and juliet balcony.

The dormer roof was completed using an EPDM membrane in combination with the ridge Airtrack system to give the required ventilation.

Another Dormer loft conversion completed by our team this week for a lovely family in Oldham. Once again we used the innovative ecoTrus structure to massively speed up the time spent on site.

We first moved an existing internal wall and the unused chimney to create more space to allow us to fit the new staircase.

The interior has been taken to the flooring being insulated and laid, first fix plumbing for the new bathroom and ensuite has been completed and battens fixed ready for insulation. The customer (both man and wife) are handy with tools so they have decided to complete the insulation, stud walls and boarding stages themselves at their leisure.

The externals are all completed. On this one the customer decided to make use of the scaffolding by asking us to complete a full reroof and roofline to the main house while we also completed the dormer using Hardieplank cladding, vented upvc fascias and soffits, black square guttering, EPDM roof, and upvc windows, 2 x Velux windows.
