Celebrities have a powerful impact on how women choose to birth,In fact, it’s easy to underestimate how much celebrities influence people's attitude and behavior surrounding childbirth.
These celebrities are having a positive influence on pregnant couples throughout the world. In fact, they can serve as role models and definitely set fashionable trends. From famous singers, royals,actors, and other celebrities can positively influence how women choose to prepare and birth. It's fantastic to know that Hypnobirthing teachers can use celebrities’ stories as entry points into important discussions about birth choices. It's great to see so many celebrities choosing Hypnobirthing to help them achieve a more positive birth experience and the awareness that they help create when they do.

Once you have had your class or read your book it can be suddenly over whelming on how do I practice. Firstly you need to find a way to get into a relaxed state... heres something I found earlier. There are lots more in the book!

One question I get asked is what method do I teach. I use the Mongan Method. A lot of the courses use the same ideals. I cater my courses to my parents to be and how it best fits their time and learning methods.
