The large living room with wood burning stove is comfortably furnished and is ideal for spending the evening in after a day out exploring the countryside. If you wish to escape with a good book there is a galleried landing with a desk and views over the garden. The spacious, bespoke, dining kitchen has been tastefully decorated with all those little added extras. Both the living room and dining kitchen benefit from underfloor heating contributing to that feeling of homeliness. The rest of the house is equally as charming. There is an oak staircase leading to the first floor bedrooms. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and a feature antique fireplace - the owner even supplies luxury toiletries and bathrobes. There is also a single bedroom with oak furniture for an additional family member. The bathroom has underfloor heating and is complete with a free standing bath and a shower cubicle. For those of you who enjoy the great outdoors you have the Vale of York towards the west, and the hills of the Yorkshire Wolds towards the east. The market town of Beverley is just 10 miles away with its minster and many listed buildings. After a day out exploring the area you may wish to continue to enjoy the great outdoors.
