We are a small Eco friendly Yurt Glamping site on the border of the Brecon Beacons National Park, close to the picturesque town of Hay on Wye. Dogs welcome.

5 self contained, hand crafted yurts set in a stunning location looking out towards the Brecon Beacons. Country pub on the doorstep and the beautiful Booktown of Hay on Wye just 4 miles away.

Hay Markets are always worth a visit (on every Thursday) but the monthly Saturday ones are even better with a slightly festival feel.

One week to go! Saturday 6th April is the first monthly Hay Saturday Market of the season, then every first Saturday of the month through the summer.

We’re also buddying up with , as some of our wonderful flea traders will be setting up (their tented) shop in the Castle’s Honesty Bookshop.

The Welsh rain finally stopped long enough for us to enjoy a quick stomp up on to Velindre Common today, to blow away the cobwebs. We used to do this walk regularly but it’s been a while and it was so worth it for the panoramic views, beautiful, even on the drabbest of days.

Our Story

Established in 2012, our ethos is simple. To create a place where you can enjoy the great outdoors in comfort and style. Our Yurt, Cabin and Bell tents are all extensively equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay, whilst being surrounded by the most beautiful scenery. Splash in the stream, toast marshmallows on an open fire, read a book whilst enjoying stunning views of the Black Mountains and then enjoy a glass of wine under the stars.

We are family and dog friendly, and very close to some must visit places such as the Book town of Hay-on-Wye and Brecon Beacons National Park to name just a few. There are also plenty of activities available nearby such as Pony Trekking, Canoeing, Paintballing, Climbing, Fishing and Wild Swimming. Oh, and there’s a great pub on our doorstep!
