We're sad to update that we made the decision to sell our caravan and we handed the keys over to it's new owner yesterday.

The caravan has brought us so many lovely memories and we're glad to have shared this with others too.

A huge thanks to all that have chosen to stay with us 😊.

Elms 28 is a privately owned family caravan. It's our home away from home and we're happy to share our favourite place with guests (up to a maximum of 8) who are looking for a relaxing getaway.

This week has become available at the last minute. My gang and I were meant to stay for the week, but we've decided to make a last minute change to our plans.

The great news is that this week is now available.
Fri 16th July to Friday 23rd July 2021 for a great price of £799.
Full balance and £50 deposit will need to be paid upfront. Deposit refunded at the end of your stay.
Price does not include guest passes for Park Dean facilities. These can only be purchased on the day of arrival with Park Dean, and bookings will be subject to Park Dean's availability.

This beautiful caravan situated on plot Elms 28 sleeps 8 people, very close to all the main park facilities and a short walk to the beach.

Great for a short break, available for mid-week (Mon-Frid) or weekend hire (Fri-Mon). Check in at 3pm and check out at 10am.

£50 deposit required to secure your date. This will also act as your bond and will be refunded after your stay.

Full payment will be required a month before your stay.

This is a family resort so no stag or hen parties are permitted.
No smoking, and no pets allowed in the caravan.
