We have our monthly full moon sauna & swim this Friday evening. This session is an extended, slower sauna vibe offering you the opportunity to take some much needed time out and decompress.

The full moon is the perfect time to leave behind what doesn’t serve us and reset ready for a new lunar cycle 🌝.

We will provide some complementary infused waters & fire pit to gather and watch the sun go down. Fingers crossed the weather will behave!

We have 2 sessions available starting 6pm and 7:45pm.
