Absolutely fantastic performance here last night from "Burgess, Clews & Davies" and an amazing crowd who came along to enjoy their wonderful set of classic, tasteful covers. Lots of energy, very talented musicians, so obvious to see how much that they are enjoying themselves as well!
More quality live music next week with "The Navigators" on Friday and "Doctors Orders" on Saturday night, watch this space!

Super video taken by one of our Fisherman guests - Alan Dare - last Friday 4th October. See the Kingfisher leave the rod, take a fish from the water, return to the rod and eat the fish. Wonderful!

NYE Fancy Dress Party 2022 at 'The Bull at Chelmarsh' We now have tickets available for our '2022 New Year's Eve Fancy Dress Party', a great night to celebrate the transition to 2023 - it's got to be better next year hasn't it ? We have the superb 'Freewheelin' Band performing their great sets of Americana, Country, Tex-Mex, Rock 'N Roll and very tasty covers that you all love so much, they will take us into the New Year. We have a delicious, mouth watering Buffet served around 10.15pm and we will have prizes for the best Fancy Dress outfits on the night. This is a Ticket only event at £19.95, doors will close at 10.00pm and festivities will finish at 2.00am. Hope that you will be able to join us for another super night at 'The Bull' !

If you are wondering why we have traffic lights outside we had another eventful day at 'The Bull' when an AO.com van set on fire at the roadside opposite the pub. Luckily, the driver got out safely and the Bridgnorth Fire & Rescue came very promptly in seven or eight minutes and did a very professional job. The wind was blowing the in the right direction for most of the time but the windows on the road side of the building were red hot and we had soot on the window sills and carpets, so we had to do a big clean up job afterwards. It could have been a very different outcome if the van had been on our side of the road and the wind blowing in the other direction. This was an AO.com van delivering a load white goods so there were several big bangs - shame we couldn't get to the fridge freezers and cookers in time!
