Stunning run to Lyme Regis today at low tide!

Charmouth west beach to Lyme Regis is spectacular showing a millennia if fossils and plenty of rock pools to investigate.
A perfect day whatever the weather.

A two hour amble from us in Morcombelake to Lyme Regis.
Or a 5 minute drive to Charmouth, park up & explore to your hearts content.

Terrific trail run (trundle) from Seaton to Lyme Regis.

Such a feeling of awe whilst meandering through the woodland with her twisting tree roots, hidden pools, high cliffs, ferns & fungi a plenty and the occasional view of the sea!

We went for a run, but couldn’t help but mix it up with taking in the sights of the forest, foraging and plenty of chit chatting!
And a warm drink at to celebrate ☕️

The Jurassic coast is an apt name for where we live!! 🗺
