Honestly it never rains but it pours... and I don't just mean the weather!
I've just spent last 2 weeks with a really nasty bout of covid, most of it spent in bed having been knocked for 6. I apologise for any missed messages, phone calls etc. I am trying to play catchup but not feeling at all well still.

Just call me Mama Bear 🐻 from now on. Why? Because....

We had already prepared the van for guests but decided to go back and spend the weekend there to rest, relax etc, obviously we would sort double bed out clean up behind us etc ready for guests Monday. No problem. The 4 single beds were all ready and clean so not a problem there. Well......

I opened the door stepped inside and stopped dead in my tracks! Nothing looked out of place but something just didn't feel right. Someone's been in here says I to Andrew. Don't be daft he says. No I'm telling you someone's been in here!
Walks into the double bedroom it don't smell right! I can smell BO, at the same time I notice the bedding not as smooth and flat like I leave it. I pull it back and the sheets not flat, not where it's a bit creased from being washed, but creased as in someone turning over, creased!! WHOS BEEN SLEEPING IN MY BED??? I smell the pillows... not fresh!
And the side lights plugged in. I NEVER leave it plugged in unless guests are due on the day I am there.
I go to the other beds in turn. Smell the pillows. Pull back the bedding. Same results.
Andrew was still in denial but then I found the toilet seat up!!
We NEVER leave it up when left clean EVER! Then he called me to the cooker...he's now convinced as he left the cooker top gleaming and though it was clean there was fat splattering on the round gas rings.
SOMEONES BEEN COOKING BACON AND HAS EATEN IT ALL UP!!!
So my restful relaxing weekend has turned into a whole complete 6 berth bed change, and desperately wanting to know who my goldilocks is. People save hard for their holidays and it's just not right that someone can just come along and let themselves in and have a few days away at our expense. We now need to change two door locks 🤬
