That’s a wrap for us on this one. A lot of time and effort gone into this one, new toilet facilities formed at the rear of the pub, ceilings were dropped down to allow insulation and services above, all external walls lined in gypliner stud and boarded with a pir board, and then a fresh coat of plaster throughout the building to bring this pub back to life. All left now to the painters and tilers to allow finishing touches.
