⛰ Located in a beautiful rural farming village in Mid Wales, with miles of stunning walks from the door and a really dog friendly pub less than a minutes walk away!
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Equi-distance from Brecon Beacons, Elan Valley, the Epynt and Hay on Wye with thousands of adventures in between waiting for you and your dog!
🐶 We accept all the dogs, no max., no discrimination on breeds. We do only accept well behaved humans though and it’s important that dogs keep these on a lead if their recall isn’t great.
We do ask that if dogs are going to cwtch up in bed or on the sofa that guests bring throws and their own bedding as unfortunately all our linen is hired in and we get charged extra for dog hair!!
🌼 We have a lovely, private, secure and enclosed garden with wooden slated fencing with a minimum height of about 4 and a half foot and a lovely decking area with lounge set and dining table to chill out on (decking is not dog secure but is next to garden so you’re never out of sight)!
🏡 Our beautiful modern cottage is spacious and homely, we have tried our best to make sure our guests are as comfortable as possible when staying with us! Down stairs has wooden flooring thoughout, upstairs is carpeted.
🛏 No.3 sleeps up to 8 people, with a large king room and a twin (that can turn into a triple with a futon) upstairs with a bathroom with roll top bath. Downstairs there is a large wheelchair accessible double room and wet room and there is a large sofa bed in the living area that can be pulled out to make a huge double bed.

Some of our guests may have met Al during their stay at No.3. We are truly gutted, he will be sorely missed by all.

As a lot of you may have already heard Boatside Holiday Accommodation has lost the worlds best grass cutter, bartender, meet and greet, childcare and altogether great guy. He was just amazing! Can’t describe how things are at boatside of the moment. But with show week upon us i know that he would want us to make this a week to remember.
