⁉️IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT⁉️

Terms and conditions are there for a reason.

Please note check in is from 3pm unless agreed otherwise and check out by 10am.

We are lenient and let some minor things slip, in almost 4 seasons we have only with held 2/3 deposits.

What I will not tolerate is having the mick taken out of us.

We have very good cleaner, good friends and neighbours on the park that are on hand to help our guests if needed and to ensure all is in order.

As I’m sure all previous guests know our caravan is well maintained and very clean, myself nor my cleaner will allow standards to drop, it gets cleaned by cleaners AND checked by management

⁉️ANY ISSUES WHEN ENTERING THE CARAVAN WE EXPECT TO BE REPORTED STRAIGHT AWAY UPON ARRIVAL, wether cleanliness or damage etc, otherwise you will unfortunately be held accountable

⁉️ We do not expect the caravan to be left perfectly clean, however stains etc we would like reporting to us same as any damages, this will be taken from deposit unless ur able to rectify

⁉️ Pets must not be allowed to escape the vicinity of the garden, we do have a ground anchor if necessary

⁉️ Any use of drugs are not permitted on site, if seen security will remove you, no refund will be given, if u must do so it is to be done off site.

⁉️DAMAGE deposits will be returned WITHIN 7 days, yes it doesn’t take long however we have 3 children and work long hours aswell as normal life stuff

Hope you understand this, but due to recent events I feel this needs to be reiterated.

Our beautiful caravan, is a 6 berth 2-bedroom platinum caravan with enclosed garden. It’s located in the center of the park and a short walk to RJ'S, Leisure Park, children's park & supermarket.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is perfect for family entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, full size fridge freezer, microwave, and gas central heating.

TV in the lounge with sofa & Chair including a pull-out double bed if required. With beautiful, LED and fire effect electric fire. All plug sockets also feature USB ports.

Main bedroom

Double bed with fitted wardrobe, En-suite

1 x Twin rooms with wardrobes and one of them also having

Main bathroom with shower

Duvets & pillows included & linen can be included for an extra charge.

Outside there is an enclosed gated garden with furniture & children's play equipment to unwind after a long day.
