Residents and visitors are in for a cool treat this summer, as we announce the opening times for Gorleston's splashpad for the upcoming season. 😎🌞

The splashpad will open for weekends from Saturday, June 10, through to Sunday, July 16, from 10am to 4pm. During peak times (from May 27 to June 4 and July 22 to September 9) it will open for seven days a week. It is free of charge to use. 🌊

Entertainment / hub pass prices for 2023 !!

This enables you to book activities and use the pools and enter the main showbar & entertainment complex! Identification is required on collection of these from reception. The registration form i will complete for you ready to take once your booking is paid in full.

Prices are based per person per break on a 7 night stay, shorter stays there is a 10% discount applied

Offpeak adult £10.95
Offpeak child £8.45

Peak adult £13.45
Peak child £10.45

Children under 3 are free payable once turning 3 years of age.

Random checks will be made by security so please make sure you have them ready.

Due to the success and support of people using the tavern on our site they are now allowed to start bingo as well as many more music events on a saturday. This is a massive achievement after being closed for so long so we thank all our guests for using it and helping us keep this going. Heres to keeping it open longer and helping them to be able to put more things on for us…..at such a short staggering distance to walk home at the end of a night. 🥂

2022 Pass costs as below :

Peak adult £12.95 per stay, peak child is £8.95
Offpeak adult £10.45 and offpeak child £7.95

These passes allow u to use swimming facilities book activities and get into the main complex entertainment building mainly in the evenings!

More great news The Bure Tavern which is on our site (and with very few staggering steps needed to our caravan) is reopening this Saturday from 7pm-11pm Saturdays only to start with but hoping with the support of guests and owners to open more in the future! 🥂 This has been shut for many years so we are praying this works!!

Our relaxing homely 8 berth caravan is situated on one of the two Parkdean Resorts on the Norfolk Broads, Breydon Water which is just a short drive away from the seaside towns of Great Yarmouth and Gorleston. The 2 Parkdean holiday parks sit alongside the river Yare.

Our lovely caravan has everything you could need....

• double glazing
• central heating
• gas cooker and hob
• fridge freezer
• microwave
• kettle
• TV with freeview
• DVD player and DVD' s
• Bluetooth CD player / radio
• toys and games
• hairdryer / hair straightener/curler & mat
• pull out double bed in lounge
• power shower
• 3 bedrooms ....1 double 2 twins.
• parking for up to 2 cars
• 6 x camping chairs and a camping table should you want to sit outside and soak up some sun on our little private patio area

Bure village (our site) itself is the more quieter one of the 2 parks that you can use during your stay, so we just ask you please respect the neighbours and other residents by keeping the noise levels to a sensible level...it has an indoor swimming pool with baby pool, gym, shop, playground & laundrette. There is a bar on site which hopefully will reopen in 2022 but the main entertainment is over on the sister site (The Yare)

Yare village is a 5 minute walk from Bure village and is where all the action happens with its bar and entertainment complex which is open everyday.....it includes entertainment for the kiddies as well as adult nightly bingo with big payouts.. .. there is also an outdoor pool with slide.... restaurant.. ..arcade.... crazy golf... go kart hire....adventure playground and hard court.

Burgh castle is a beautiful place to explore with its Roman ruins, walks and river and with Gorleston beach and Great Yarmouth just down the road you have everything you could want.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but are needed if you want to use any of the complex facilities during your stay.

Our caravan is NON smoking and NO pets and please be aware that this is our holiday home and its contents belong to us, we are more than happy for you to make use of these but please respect and take care of them.

A £50 non refundable deposit secures your date and the balance must be paid within 4 weeks prior to your holiday stay. We are sorry but we cannot hold dates due to demand.

2021 - Well thats a wrap!!
The main entertainment complex closes as of this weekend until next year! 😢 but if you still want a break away in the meantime please contact us for a price as we would be happy to accommodate your needs for an escape. There are still beautiful sights to be seen, places to visit and a great broad side pub that is open for drinks and food all year round.

Thank you so much to everyone that has stayed in our cosy caravan, its been a pleasure to read all your kind comments in our guest book. We hope u enjoyed it!

Next years prices should be uploaded within the month and we look forward to welcoming both old and new guests back.
