HOW TO BOOK
1. Request Reservation via What's App/Message with:-
- Travel Dates
- Travel itinerary and rough destination guide
- Contact Details - Full Name, Mobile and email address
2. Complete your reservation:
- Confirm dates and total price
- Accept T&Cs of hire
- Copy of driver's licence
- 2 forms of ID/proof of address
- £150 deposit
3. Paying for your reservation
Full payment required 8 weeks before travel. BACS, Debit/Credit Card acceptable
INSURANCE AND POLICY EXCESS
The motorhome is fully insured for anyone to drive under our Self Drive Hire Motorhome policy and is included in the rental price.

Full National AA Breakdown Cover is included with Roadside Assistance and Onward Travel is included in the rental. You may wish to check if your own breakdown policy also covers you whilst in the vehicle. The excess on the policy is £1,000 which the rental customer is liable for. This must be paid in full along with the final hire payment. This will be refunded to you in full within 5 business days upon your return, assuming no damage occurs. We recommend for total peace of mind that you take out an excess reduction policy. This means that if anything goes wrong, we can claim back the full amount of the £1,000 excess from the insurance provider. CANCELLATION POLICY
It can occur that you need to cancel. If you do need to, let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to find another booking. We will do our best to help but in the event of a cancellation, our policy is as follows. If you have travel insurance, you should find this will cover your costs.
