The beautiful state rooms of the castle are open daily for visitors between 1.30pm and 4.30pm, this is included with your admission at the gate. Please be aware that throughout the school summer holidays there will be no castle tours available, as we would like to have as many of the rooms open to the public as possible.
The castle will be closed on occasion due to private events, so we urge you to always check the website before you visit, to avoid disappointment. The grounds will always be open as usual.
The castle will be closed on the following dates:
Monday 24th July
Saturday 12th August
