A challenging 2020/21 but despite this we managed to achieve 9.7 rating thanks to all our lovely guests . We worked tirelessly as a small business to deal with cancellations refunds date changes and Covid 19 government guidance . We hope to see guests back new and old at some point this year to enjoy the lovely Kirkby Lonsdale and luxury accommodation of the Old Hay Loft
