Hello, it’s been a wee while since our last post!

This is to let you know that The Blue House has evolved ………. we are now …..
Cartmel Valley Studios.

The breakfast apron has been hung up and we now offer 2 fully equipped self catering studios -,The Gallery Studio, formerly the photography studio, and The Garden Studio, in the oldest part of the house. Both studios have a king-sized bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom.

When you’re staying at The Blue House make sure you visit the sands at Flookburgh - pickup fish and chips from Flounders in the village (or as two of our regular guests’ do - battered haggis) and then head down the road to the airfield, keep going until you cross a cattle grid onto the sands. Sit, eat, walk and enjoy - just like Winnie!
