Our beautiful 😍 holiday let is located directly along the Ceredigion coastline with spectacular views of the sea 🌊 in front and easy access to the beach 🏖️ you can walk 🚶 directly from Cilborth onto the coastal path 👍 it is located in Newquay which has many shops, restaurants and cafes ☕️ to enjoy! Happy New Year 🥳 everyone! We would just like to say a massive thank you 🙏 to everyone that has stayed with us during 2023-whether it be repeat booking’s or new bookings we are so grateful to you all! Our bookings calendar 📅 is always open for 2024 and beyond!!! Thank you so much to everyone that has liked and shared our posts too it really does mean a lot!
Going forward into 2024 -there are going to be some necessary changes put into place. One being is that I shall be taking on the Cilborth cleaning 🧼 myself ( as soon as I am fixed) for many reasons - so when a booking is made I shall need to know exactly how many guests will be staying in order for me to put out the correct number of towels out etc and this enables us to price accordingly too so basically if we are told two guests are staying then there will be 2 sets of towels! It’s not great finding out 2 guests have been booked for and we then see that Cilborth has been filled with guests! We price on what we are told not what we are finding out from some bookings! Sorry!
For the 3 years that we have been up and running we have not charged for dogs but I’m really sorry we are now going to have to at £10 per stay per dog -our Airbnb guests already pay this!
One benefit I guess to me doing the cleaning is that when items get left behind then I will have them to hand to send on or to pass on!
At present we are not “adding” on a cleaning fee like a lot of properties do or asking for “damage etc” deposits-this may change but will see how we go!
As yet we have not put our nightly prices up despite our costs going up but again this may change! Our Airbnb guests do pay more to stay!
Sorry we don’t want to offend anyone at all and hope you will understand!
