CDS Defence Support are delighted to have been awarded their biggest ever contract to date, to provide external accreditation for specialist instructor courses for the British Army.

This £4.6m contract will see CDS DS and coaching consultancy Made 2 Measure Mentoring (M2M2) working alongside trainers at the Army Recruiting and Initial Training Command Staff and Leadership School (ASLS) to develop accreditation practices for the Defence Train The Trainer and Coaching & Mentoring Level 3 courses, the level 5 Army Trainer Mentor course and the Level 7 Army Instructor Leader courses.

CDS DS are honoured to be in attendance at todays All-Party Parliament Group hearing on Mindfulness in Defence, Policing and the Emergency Services.

Dr Leanne K Simpson, our Principal Psychologist and Frazer Ross, Business Development Director with over 29 years service in the British Army, will be hearing, first hand, just how important this practice is and how Government plan to incorporate this into UK services and institutions.

A huge congratulations to Tewkesbury Sea Cadets for achieving The Queen's Award for Voluntary Service.

CDS DS are incredibly proud to have Andy Emmett and Charlotte Warren as members of this cadet unit. We look forward to supporting them, and their unit, in the future.

Our Tech Pubs Manager John left school with no 'O' Levels but received all the education he needed in the Army, including a post grad in Business Studies.

John is a great example our continuing commitment to employing ex service personnel, and proof that your continued learning doesn't always need to be done in a classroom.

CDS DS Managing Director Richard Bradley originally trained as a lawyer, but once finished, he knew it wasn't the right career for him.

25 years ago, he started at CDS Defence as a temporary admin assistant. Now he's the MD.

It just goes to show, no matter how far down the path you are, you can still change your direction
