Wishing Everyone a Happy & Healthy New Year 2025!!!
I have many people to thank...so sorry for rhyme and verse...but here goes..
We became a CIC approx 3yrs ago...unfortunately Russ had to have major heart surgery.... so our funding journey was halted. (He's all good now running on all 4 cylinders!)
Becoming a CIC enables Blue Bell to enhance our service, opening up more availability and diversities and becoming an even more inclusive service... and looking forward to our all weather arena to help us to work alongside our diverse range of animals in a safe confined space...
We need to develop our quiet areas for anyone who need to just be....when the world gets a little too much...
Also funding will help us get out and about visiting other educational facilities and visiting our beautiful hills!!
Back to the thank you's...
I have been struggling to actually put into words how gratefully we all are for Robinson And Lawlor (Renewable Energy)who have supplied and fitted solar panels which has truly revolutionised Blue Bell Having constant warm water and heat and light!!! We work with young adults who often have compromised immunity/circulation/mobility and this act of kindness has simply been a joy....

We have very sad news...today we said goodbye to Jasper....Jasper had been with Blue Bell for 13+ years a little ginger pig with a tatty tail and torn ear...People may think he was just a pig which he was....but to us he was a special pig he broke down stereo types as he in all his glory sounded and looked quite a fright at times....but he was the most sweetest soul you'd ever have met....goes to show never judge...he became a favourite to all at Blue Bell and he will be greatly missed....

Blue Bell Days... all our animals, four-legged furred feathered all support our days at BB, more often than not teach us how to love life and hopefully love ourselves along the way.... although Turkey Joe and a certain Goose are booked into an anger management course 😅🤣

Blue Bell Days...every day is different at Blue Bell yet the same in many ways. All the animals need care and feeding etc etc.
We work with a diverse set of individuals who often find it difficult in situations we often take for granted...people often judge the way we look, talk, move and behave.
I cannot imagine how it feels every day to be judged and actually not see beyond peoples perceptions.... we have an amazing horsewomen we have the most caring kind positive and extremly funny individuals that come to our little Farm and work thru their diversities and quite frankly just get on with their lot.
I am continously in awe and humbled to be able to be part of our family at Blue bell....we are one big melting pot and we all bring our own beautiful colours to the rainbow.....there's only one of you....just be incredibly you❤️❤️❤️
