Two whole years of hosting have flown by 🤩 so we thought we’d make today’s post a reintroduction to anyone who is new to our page!

Roughly 0.5 miles away from Colwyn Bay station and the beach, we offer the perfect location and luxurious home away from home environment that is suitable for families, large groups, couples and business people 🏠

is the first question we ask guests! 👑 💭

We have a Flat 2b booking staying with us now (max occupancy 4 guests) 😃 3 friends staying over after having fun at Zip World all day ⛰️🏎️🧗🏽‍♀️🚞🌄 so they opted for one bedroom to have a super king and the other two singles.. who bagged the big bed I wonder 😆 🤼‍♀️ 🛌 💥

In need of some this week after a frustrating review we got from our last guests. 5 stars for everything except for not having another bathroom - which they knew about prior to booking?! - 🤦🏼‍♀️

Not sure what I can do about “everything was great but another bathroom is needed as it left a bit of a queue in the morning..” apart from say READ THE INFO!! 😡

As a converted Victorian building, magically making another bathroom isn’t an option (well, it isn’t for any building let’s be honest) and I can’t help but feel irritated at that comment. Especially when the guest actually said they’d book to stay again?!?! ☠️

Baffling. Please read the info on people’s Airbnb listings before you book. Or at least have a chat with the group you’re booking for about whether or not the space will work for you all as hindsight isn’t really something hosts can do anything about 🙃

A first world problem - and probably our last of this issue, as many guests fully know what they book when sorting accommodation out - and hopefully our next guests have more common sense! 🤞

After an amazing review from our first guests of 2023, we’ve also started the year having our Superhost status confirmed again 🙌 🌺 🏠

We’re hosting squash players from all over the world that have been taking part in the women’s being held at Le Sport Health & Fitness this week. We had 11 players arrive on Wednesday and the last player leave for their next tournaments on Tuesday! It’s been great to host these professional athletes and we’re curious to see how much they’ve taken advantage of the kitchen utensils 😆 👩🏼‍🍳
