We're excited to be launching the festival with a very special night of live music in the wonderful setting of the Beartown Brewery. We're promising a memorable night of jazz, blues and swing music from two of our favourite acts. Almaz Duo, with their soulful jazz/blues renditions of timeless classics - and - Bring on the Swing, a local 8-piece 'pint-sized' big band, with a set jam-packed full of your favourite swing-era tunes (think Buble and Robbie W's "swing when your winning"). Sing-along, dance-along, feel-good music that everyone will enjoy.

After many years of discussion, debate, planning and design, we have at last installed an Information Board at the bottom of the garden, to welcome people to the site and let them know all about it. Many thanks to the William Dean Trust and Congleton Town Council for sponsoring the project. Also to Laura for her wonderful artwork, and to Howard for the design and build of the support.

We know there are still a couple of hours of superb music left to enjoy - but we didn't want it to end without a HUGE AND HEARTFELT THANK YOU to everyone involved. The superb artists and wonderful venues who together have delivered an absolutely awesome two days of live music. And especially you, the public, our fellow "Congletonians", friends from neighbouring towns and those visiting us from far and wide. You came out in force and brought so much JOY to our town. You never fail to make it, in our view, one of the very best festivals around and we are so grateful - it is, after all, the reason we do it.

There will be plenty of other thank you's to all those who support us. But for now, from all of us in the Congleton Live team, THANK YOU.

Enjoy the rest of your night, have a safe journey home, and we'll see you all in March for CONGLETON UNPLUGGED 2025.
