Been busy last week during the lovely weather.
Replaced the front door with a new UPVC one which won't be as draughty as the old one!
Replaced the fence panel to the courtyard & painted it, which took for ever (Chartwell Green).
Rubbed down & repainted the outdoor table and...
Had a new boiler fitted too, as the previous one was beginning to fail.
All set for a lovely, cosy autumn.

It was time to update all the single mattresses last week.
Took some coordination to collect all four of them from Norwich, get them up into the rooms & the old ones away to the tip during changeover but all went well & the sun was shining too 😃
