FAQ
-Do you charge for collection and delivery? No, we don't charge, it's free.
-Do you have a minimum order? You can place order under our minimum, but you will be charged £13.
-Which areas you covering? Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Cuckfield, Lindfield, Bolnore Village
-How should I prepare my clothes for delivery? Please dry the clothes before collection, fold them and place in a beg, which we will return for you.
-Do I have to supply hangers or covers? You can use yours, but if you need, we can provide hangers and covers. We will collect them in our next visit.
-What is your turnaround time? We provide 24 hours and 48 hours turnaround. Please note: if you would like the 24 hours service, we will charge £5 surcharge.
-When do you collect and deliver ironing? From Monday to Saturday between 4:30pm-9pm. Collection and delivery time will be agrred with you when your book our service.
-Can I leave my ironing in a safe place or neighbor? Yes, we can collect them from a safe place or from your neighbour.
-What happens if I am not there in the agreed collection/delivery time? If you not there, we will leave a note for you. Please contact us to arrange a new visit time. We will charge £5 to cover our mileages. It will be added to your bill.
-How can I pay? You can pay with cash, or transfer online in our account.
