Please make sure you bring plenty of water to classes and as temperatures are so high please feel free to wear a black T-shirt instead of Gi tops to help you keep a bit cooler! 😎

Juniors Beginners and Coloured Belts: 18:00 - 18:50
Adults Beginners and Coloured Belts: 19:00 - 20:00

Just a quick reminder that there are no classes tonight, but classes will resume as on Wednesday 4th May with the Tiffield classes.
