Some out of hours emergency works for Southern Water in Chichester. Due to the amount of rain fall we have had these tanks were needed for surface water filtration before it returned back to the river.

The scaffold enabled them to have a safe platform around the tanks and a low weight bearing beam above to help change the filters.

A Temporary roof enclosure completed on this grade 2 listed property yesterday. With it being a listed building no wall ties were used to preserve the natural image of the house. To remain compliant a double width buttress was installed on both sides with box ties over the parapet wall above eaves.

Despite the almost arctic weather we’ve had this week, the team pushed through and completed ahead of schedule.

With appraisals from both the homeowner and the building contractor it’s safe to say they were pleased!

What a learning curve this one is! To the naked eye it's fairly straightforward but these structures truly are a specialist build.

Several factors to consider for all trades to be able to complete there works.

Load-bearing structure: the platforms act as robust load-bearing structures, guaranteeing the stability required for seamless project operations.

Individual lifting well: providing a new level of convenience with individual lifting wells, allowing coils to be raised and lowered without interference, streamlining our client’s workflows.
