Green Jersey British & Continental Cycling Tours, scheduled and bespoke cycling holidays. Our fully supported itineraries pass through the most interesting places in this wonderful country. Luggage transfers, half board in family hotels, quiet lanes. Our bike vacations range from 4 days up to 17 days, and from an ‘easy’ grading through to ‘difficult’ so there is something for everyone. We have sev

eral end to end itineraries in the UK, France and Spain, as well as regional itineraries exploring most pasts of France including Brittany, Normandy, Picardy, the Loire Valley, Alsace and the Vosges, Bordeaux wine country and we also have several long distance trips including Channel to the Mediterranean, Loire Source to Sea and the length of the Atlantic Coast. Our itineraries are carefully planned and ridden by us to ensure that nothing is left to chance and that there are plenty of sights along the way for you to enjoy. One of specialities is battlefield tours to Normandy, Arnhem and the Western Front; there is no better way to explore than by bike! These are also popular as corporate or group rides, providing historical interest, exercise, a change of scene and an ideal chance to bond, or to thank your clients. The hotels are chosen on their welcome and the quality of the food and breakfast, not whether they have a flat screen TV or not. Our aim is to show you the best of our destinations and to ensure that you have a comfortable night’s sleep afterwards.

St Malo to Sete. The original and still the best French end to end route available! Why the best? Because it is a straight line route crossing areas of such incredible beauty that no detours are required. Diverse landscapes from flat to mountainous, the route takes in quiet roads virtually all the way. Discover la France profonde as you travel off the beaten track in this diagonal traverse of France. This trip is a true experience with sometimes long days; the emotion when you finally see the thin line of the Mediterranean in the distance is something you will remember for years to come. We're 6 days into our 12 days riding from Barcelona to Porto and have had some splendid scenery and weather (apart from a brief blip yesterday morning) and temperatures in the mid 20s generally. A great group of riders and we are looking forward to the second half!

We are delighted to release details of our new Pyrenees tour. This is a wonderful cycling area, full of history, great endeavours and tales to tell. Our ride from the Atlantic to the Med takes in all the big names and many more!

It’s challenging but doable (after all, I did it!) and is a ride you’ll remember for years to come.

Our brilliant riders have climbed the Pyrenees and have made it to Spain today on our Caen to Cantabria trip after cycling the length of France!
It’s not over yet and we will see the sea again tomorrow after 13 days riding! Then a couple more days to Santander! 🇫🇷 🇪🇸 🚴‍♀️ 🏔️ 🌊

The first three days of our Dordogne and Lot tour with members of Newbury Road Club. Fine weather, quiet roads and superb scenery! Our circular route starts and finishes in Bergerac and visits many historic and beautiful towns.

We’ve just ridden our Berlin to Munich route - new for 2025. It was incredibly hot but amazingly beautiful and some wonderful overnight stops including Dresden, Karlovy Vary and Regensberg as well as some lovely small places. German hospitality was generous and kind, and the drivers courteous (although not much traffic). A great ride and wonderful to have ridden it in preparation.

We are over half way to the Hook of Holland from the source of the Rhine in incredible weather and here are a few highlights such as crossing 4 countries on Day 2, one of our riders swimming in Lake Constance during our coffee break, the Rhine falls, the covered bridge separating Switzerland and Germany, La Petite France in Strasbourg, the German vineyards and so many more!

Our riders set off on our new Rhine Source to Sea tour this morning from Andermatt on a stunning day, and tonight we are staying next to Heidi's idyllic cottage in the Swiss mountains.
Our cyclists will be following the Rhine for the next 13 days as far as the Hook of Holland.
