For your convenience and comfort the caravan is well equipped with crockery, cutlery and cookwear. Beds will be made up for your arrival and towels are provided. There is a full size cooker with oven and grill, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is an electric fire in the lounge and the van has double glazing and central heating though-out.

We also provide a small supply of essential household items such as dish soap, hand soap, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and mop.

There is free wifi within the caravan and a smart tv in the lounge with a separate DVD player. The master bedroom and one twin room has TV/DVD combo’s. USB sockets in the bedrooms and lounge area.

The caravan has a small gated deck outside with patio furniture overlooking a wide area of grass and onward to woodland.

There is ample parking beside the caravan and all the site facilities are no more than a few minutes walk as is Embo village and Embo beach.

Embo has an award winning beach with golden sand, shallow streams, dunes and rock-pools. Not to mention the vast North Sea which is an adventure of it’s own and often busy with paddlers, wild swimmers and paddle boarders. I wonder where your favourite corner will be?

Welcome to Ash Shiel, our wee haven at Grannies Heilan Hame, Embo. Now available for holiday lets.
The caravan sleeps up to 8 people with one double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Well behaved pets are welcome.
