You might think this is a slightly strange photo from The Manor House Beeford 🤔 - a bit of hosepipe!!
However ….. this is in fact the beginnings of the installation of a dedicated doggy shower for the benefit of our four legged guests!!! We love dogs at The Manor House and it’s been so muddy lately that we thought our furry friends needed their own little shower outside with hot and cold water!!! Perfect when you’ve been for a walk down muddy paths and across the fields - everyone can get cleaned before going back inside!!! We hope all our guests and their dogs love the new addition!!

Flying the East Yorkshire flag at the Manor House Beeford today!! It’s almost the start of the Easter break and we’re looking forward to welcoming two new guest parties to the house!! Keeping our fingers crossed that they all have some sunnier, warmer weather but regardless there’s plenty to do at The Manor House and out and about!! Our fifth bedroom at The Manor House Beeford is named Fulmar …. A twin bedroom with divinely comfortable beds decorated with charcoal grey bedspreads and velvet cushions. There’s plenty of hanging and storage space for all your clothing and personal items. We also provide a hairdryer in each of our bedrooms for guest use … one less thing for visitors to pack and bring!!

We are open for short breaks across the Easter period and there is still some availability during school holiday times so if you’re looking to take a “home from home” staycation take a peek at our website and check out our availability.

Absolutely fantastic to welcome back guests who have stayed at The Manor House before!!! We must be getting something right!! ☺️ These guests were a family and friends group with teenagers and dogs - the house has plenty of space and things to do and there’s so many lovely places to visit in the area ….. something for everyone!!! What better time to suggest a staycation and particularly a visit to East Yorkshire during English Tourism week!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Of our 5 bedrooms at The Manor House Beeford welcome to “Kittiwake”. Offering a luxurious and exquisitely comfortable king bed Kittiwake is a lovely airy room having windows in two walls with a view across the front garden. The room is simply but beautifully decorated with tones of charcoal grey and pink to create a soothing, relaxing atmosphere!

We’ve been beavering away at The Manor House Beeford to keep the house looking as beautiful as ever ….. sprucing up paintwork and adding a few more decorative touches here and there! If you’ve been on our website you’ll know our bedrooms are named after British birds and now we’ve added those names to our bedroom doors … small things but the names add a lovely touch. We had a wedding party at The Manor House this weekend - photos to follow!! It was a fabulous occasion to celebrate my cousin Maddy and her husband Dan with their gorgeous children as well! Today there’s been a whirlwind of activity to get everything, including the tipi, cleared away as we have more guests at the weekend! Even Basil has been out inspecting the flowers!
