I am a Certified LEVEL 3 POLE FITNESS INSTRUCTOR . I have over 9 years teaching experience and absolutely love it . After what its done for me i decided i wanted to help other women with their FITNESS and CONFIDENCE . My aim is to help improve people's FITNESS, SELF-ASTEEM and have FUN whilst exercising. POLE FITNESS is a FUN sport... Its GREAT for IMPROVING STRENGTH.. MUSCLE TONE and FLEXIBILITY
