The not so nice job of property management. A dark late night call out in some awful rain, A flooded road and a blowing gale. A boiler not working and bringing in in logs and freshly chopped kindlers ( by us) to ensure guests warmth , comfort and happiness. Along with Prosecco and chocolates for the trouble. (Excuse the chest infection heavy breathing after carrying the logs inside)

Another coastal adventure today and the possibilities are endless when you carry a full property management briefcase that sees no stone unturned.

A mind blowing property that offers literally everything you could wish for on a luxury staycation and I have had the privilege to view , stay and chat with just a very lovely owner mapping out a very forward thinking future for us both.

A magical coastal retreat and one I hope very much to fully manage and onboard on to our ever growing portfolio of staycations in Scotland.

It was an incredible honour to prepare one of our luxury high end properties “Biera’s Garden” today for the arrival of “Matthew Heritage” who will now create and carefully craft his experience to showcase this boutique holiday retreat.

We lovingly create our holiday homes and properties to deliver excellence and offer indulgence, scrupulously clean properties that are well equipped and maintained to the highest of standards.

With over 15 years of experience in photographing buildings, interiors, homewares, and furniture. Matthew will showcase your projects and spaces through carefully crafted imagery and video. He has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including interior designers, architects, artisan makers, luxury holiday rentals etc... His work has been published in many of the leading interior magazines.

I cannot wait to share the results and I am also very excited to collaborate on a new upcoming project for BonEco

Been a little quiet on here this last couple of weeks. But just delighted to give a progress update today.

Our Eco laundry is shaping up nicely after having some heating and air conditioning installed this week.

Within our network at both EcoClean Solutions - Serving D&G and bonnieescapes we accumulatively have over 30 properties and have taken on the full property management of some incredible holiday properties over the last 2 weeks and more excitingly we have the ability to launder in house all the linens Towels etc. And with a diary filling up with more demand it is for sure exciting times ahead 🙌

Our holiday home management is second to none and our services are unrivalled.

“Oor” Richie is heading to day 4 of his climb tomorrow morning. He has had great support and company and is over 106% of his target for cash for Cash for Kids West Scotland 12 climbs over 12 consecutive days with a 50lb SUV tyre on his back.

This old bird is not capable after a terrible chest infection but if anyone is looking to accompany him and give him some support tomorrow then give him a shout. But a like and a share of his page and maybe a wee donation to help him over the line would be incredible.
