• 7-12 monday-saturday
• £400 + pool pool money

WORKSHOP FOR HORSERIDERS. An 'off the saddle' workshop beneficial for any rider looking to improve flexibility, balance, strength & alignment for the optimal riding experience. Having free-moving limbs and understanding trunk stability is key to communicating what you want from your horse. Pilates can teach you how to use your seat and use your arm and leg aids effectively to gain a deepened and trusting relationship with your horse. Expect plenty of participation and a take home exercise program. Get in touch here if you'd like more information. From 11th February, double vaccinated passengers arriving into England will no longer be required to take a day 2 lateral flow test.

This comes just ahead of February half term so is great news for families looking to get away over the break.

Some good news for a Friday... Starting from today, the UK Government has confirmed that double-vaccinated passengers travelling into the UK will no longer require pre-departure tests. Also, the need for PCR tests and self-isolation on arrival has been replaced with the previous process of taking a lateral flow test within 48 hours of arrival and, if positive, taking a further PCR test.

This makes immediate travel a whole lot easier as we look to enjoy some winter sun or a ski break.
