Whether you are looking for a romantic Isle of Skye getaway or a base for an epic Hebridean adventure, Barabhaig Cottage and all you can experience at Eilean Iarmain will provide you with memories you'll treasure for years to come. The cottage lies about one mile from Eilean Iarmain, at the end of the single-track road that winds through the crofting township of Camuscross. It nestles on the shore
(accessed through a garden gate) and the views are simply breathtaking. The cottage is well-appointed with three bedrooms (a twin downstairs, and a double and twin upstairs). The cosy lounge has an open fire and the kitchen-diner is well equipped. There is a bathroom with bath and overhead shower upstairs and a wet-room downstairs with shower and toilet. We welcome well-behaved dogs for a small weekly fee. Wifi, bedlinen and towels, electricity and a starter pack for the log fire is included in the price. The cottage is available for let all year round from Saturday to Saturday. Entry is from 4pm and property must be vacated by 10am. Situated in the Sleat peninsula at the south end of the island, Eilean Iarmain is a tranquil haven of stunning seascapes and landscapes, historic buildings including the stone pier from where Flora MacDonald left Skye, abundant wildlife (otters, red deer, sea eagles) and the sense of "something special" that leaves it mark on so many visitors.
