Oh, the weather outside ........ just wants to make you curl up on the sofa and hibernate - or maybe grab your Powerhoop and cast an mgstudio programme on to your TV - or maybe fire up your tablet and burn some fat with a Fatburn Extreme routine.

So it's finally time to unleash our digital content on an unsuspecting audience - you have been very patient and we apologise for keeping you waiting since April.

For customers that attended our physical classes, the digital content will be very familiar and hopefully will rekindle those memories of days gone by.

For visitors new to mgstudio, please understand this is a home grown project borne out of a hobby to bring fun classes to like minded people looking for a novel way of exercising.

Sign-up is fairly straight forward and done through our account with PayPal - click on the link on the sign-up page: https://www.mgstudio.co.uk/mgs-digital/default.html

Once we have been notified of your subscription payment (remember the first month is free and you can cancel at anytime and avoid being charged after the 1 month trial period is over) we will create your account - sorry but we aren't that far advanced with automating this part of the process.

We will use your e-mail address as your user name and will aim to reply within 24 hours with your confirmation and password.

Once you have been set up, you will be able to go to the digital section of our website and view Powerhoop, Fatburn Extreme, Vortex and less challenging exercises to get you on your fit journey.

We will be adding new content on a regular basis and will keep you posted when new material has been uploaded.

So here's the plan - not quite the return to physical group fitness classes that most of you have been looking for. But, what with the lighter nights, better weather (ahem!) and the availability to stream on-line content on laptops, mobile phones, tablets and mega humungus smart TVs - you can beem Kenny into your homes, cafes, gardens, cabins, patios, etc., etc and with one or two friends and a bottle of Prosseco (other non-alcoholic beverages are fine too) you can exercise together and enjoy the same banter (ahem!) fun and mayhem that we used to enjoy back in the day.

It's a subscription service but once signed up, your first 30 days are free for you to explore the extensive class catalogue and resources. We'd be sorry for you to sign-up for the free period and then leave but we appreciate that on-line isn't for everyone, but there is so much we have planned for you.

You will of course need some equipment - a duster to clean off the cobwebs on your Powerhoop - Milton's Sterlising Fluid to give your water bottle a disinfect - and a good supply of paper towelling to wipe off all the sweat!!!!!

Vortex does require a barbell and some lightish weights to start with but Fatburn Extreme only needs your body and an exercise mat.

Just added to our on-line catalogue - our first recorded Fatburn Extreme programme based on the January 2024 release - Peptide - and there is no denying it was a bit of a struggle. I'm in two minds as to whether to launch with it or re-record it. Soon you will be able to exercise to Fatburn Extreme in the comfort of your home with Kenny at the helm!

It features some of your favourites: Clock Jumps; 90 Degree Situps; Hopscotch; Lunge Pulses; Sprints; 123 Kicks; Press Ups; High Runs; Waist Worker and 7 Pulse Squat Jumps.

There are two more in the pipeline, but I'm going to have to up my game. Current customers will find it amusing and will work with it as they know me so well. But new customers are going to seriously question my business model - which is 'fitness...just the way you like it' - straight talking, puffing and panting, trying to make a bit of a difference to our lifestyle and wellbeing.

Not long to wait now! T minus 25 days and counting. May the first see you well and ready to change your habits for the better!
