Good morning everyone, the time has come for me to put in place a cancellation policy.

It’s something I’ve never wanted to do but I feel now I have to due to an increasing number of missed appointments and last minute cancellations.

As you all know this is my only job and I just can’t afford to lose income from missed appointments.
