Refurbishment of Kingston School of Art, Knights Park, Kingston-upon-Thames.

Steel Beams Ltd completed a £250’000 refurbishment project of Kingston School of Arts earlier this year for Overbury Construction. The steelwork was lifted up to the required levels with the site hoist and then manoeuvred to the point of installation and installed with Genies and various lifting equipment.

Internal steelwork supplied and installed for the new Flight Club in Victoria. Steelwork was manoeuvred internally through corridors on night shifts to accommodate the busy delivery schedules of the restaurants in the Nova Square, Victoria.

Commercial and Residential New build frame Extension connecting to existing steelwork and new steelwork was also surveyed and installed within the existing steel frame in Westcliff on Sea. The steelwork was installed with a spider crane due to the tight constraints on site to the side of the building. Internal steelwork was lifted to the required height with our Hiab and installed by hand.
