ep of the strip out process to minimise interruption and ensure the site cleared in a fast, efficient and safe manner enabling the fit-out to commence at the earliest opportunity thus ensuring the programme can be met and in some cases surpassed. Interior strip-out activities include the removal of all floor coverings, temporary floors and ceilings both grid and MF, non-load bearing partitions, mechanical and electrical systems including lighting, cables, cable trays, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, and the removal of utilities (gas, electricity, water and telecommunications). We also specialise in the forming of floor penetrations for the installation of lift pits, lift shafts, escalators and the removal of precast concrete staircases using the latest robotic technology thus ensuring the safety of all site operatives. We are proud to offer a service nationwide, and are relied on by many of our clients to provide our services at short notice including night works, weekend and bank holidays.
