Samantra Yoga Hi, my name is Sammy I have been teaching yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ for 16 years. Let me help you be calm One to one teaching can address your personal needs.

I concentrate on Yoga and it's principles, but call upon my experience in other sporting areas to enhance the class, or one to one, learning experience. Yoga improves posture, balance, strength & flexibility whilst promoting relaxation and calmness. Utilising different techniques, I can help with different ailments such as insomnia, depression, joint problems such as knee, hips, shoulder, and back

& neck problems. Focussing on the breath and relaxation, can help with many health problems such as tension, sleep problems & headaches and also promotes general wellbeing. They can be used to gently start you off, easing you into Yoga, or a general healthy lifestyle, to become part of a regular health plan. I live and work in Exmouth and surround areas like Woodbury, and Budleigh.

World Meditation Day
Meditation for me is many different aspects. I love meditating outside in nature. We went to Bicton at the weekend and it was beautiful, didn’t realise how far it went back!! I did some breathwork under the tree 🌳 at the top.

Also for me I love to earth and ground with bare feet on the sand or on the grass. Smelling the fresh air and beautiful flowers. Especially the early morning # #
