World Meditation Day
Meditation for me is many different aspects. I love meditating outside in nature. We went to Bicton at the weekend and it was beautiful, didn’t realise how far it went back!! I did some breathwork under the tree 🌳 at the top.

Also for me I love to earth and ground with bare feet on the sand or on the grass. Smelling the fresh air and beautiful flowers. Especially the early morning # #

This beautiful spiritual place is where I go when I need to feel my grief. This is a labyrinth which is a pathway which can bring you soulful connection. It’s near my sisters and Dads resting place. It’s so calming for me and healing.

I feel this joy when I’m out in the countryside, by the sea 🌊 or listening to the sounds of crystal singing bowls and koshi chimes. I’m back from my mini break and looking forward to sharing my special sounds with my lovely ladies 💛🩷💜🕉️ slow somatic yoga movements and breathwork 🙏🌸
