Sometimes if you want to chill out on your own with coffee and newspaper in hand. There a couple of very comfortable chairs are found in the sitting area. The views out to the surrounding meadows are sublime, and many an hour can be spent relaxing here.

There is a large HD enabled flat screen TV. Wifi is also available so you can check your emails or do some work.

Large, Fabulous, Spacious Kitchen!!!

The large kitchen area contains an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and a TV for watching during cooking.

The Electric AGA and double doored fridge freezer complete the kitchen. The utility room located off the kitchen houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge

The Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor provides warmth to stand on through the cold winter months. There is also a highchair for small child to use

The doors opens out onto the patio incase you decide to have Barbecues in the Warm Summerly Months
