Ever wondered how I put together travel itineraries for clients 😄

This is how I do it:

First, I get to know you, your travel style, things you like and don't like on a vacation, what's on your travel bucket list, and so on.

Then I start curating your itinerary, matching you to the perfect destination if you don't have one in mind yet.

If you do, I start curating your accommodations, tours, and other activities in the destination you've already selected.

And now for the fun part, I deliver your itinerary to you for approval so we can get your trip officially on the calendar!

And voila, your next vacation is planned and you can start packing your bags!

How far in advance should you book a vacation?

Honestly, it depends on the season and the destination in question. But if you ask me, sooner is always better than later.

A recent survey suggested that if you book a domestic vacation up to four months in advance, you could save up to 20% on airfare.

For an international trip, booking at least 6 months earlier can help you save about 13%.

If more luxe accommodations, a private tour guide, a unique experience, a pass for the swanky airport lounge, or just a few extra margaritas on the beach sounds like a better way to spend that 20%, then it’s about time to get planning.
