Unfortunately due to Planning taking up to six months with Guildford Borough Council we are unable to commence a loft conversion as quickly as we were hoping and have an opening for another job. If anybody has a loft conversion that can be carried out under Permitted Development and would like to start in the next four to five weeks please get in touch

Customer review for recenty fitted kitchen in Fleet

« I’m over the moon with my new kitchen. Andy’s work is always of the highest workmanship

When the plasterboard for the old doorway was removed we discovered that the existing wall was in danger of falling down. I was so lucky to have Andy to come up with a cost effective way to solve the problem and make adjustments so that I could still have the kitchen I’d planned

At every stage Andy worked hard and with with the greatest consideration for our comfort during the build. He made sure we had access to a sink, water and electricity for nearly all the time

Andy had previously built a staircase and cupboard for me and I will definitely use A.P.M. & Sons if I need any work to be done in future - in fact I’ve already asked him to build a new desk unit in my hallway «

Before, during and after photos of a bungalow conversion in Farnborough. A complete roof strip was followed by the ridge being raised by a meter with new dormers added and a gable end roof built over the existing garage which was then turned into an office. The new loft space allowed for a master bedroom with en-suite and dressing room and two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. A new porch was added to the front of the property and cladding fitted to the external elevations. All work carried out by A.P.M. & Sons

Customer Review:

We worked with Andy for almost twelve months to transform our tired 1970's bungalow. Andy advised us very early on to try and imagine the space by walking through it - this helped a lot and we made several changes throughout the building process. The renovations included completely removing the low pitched roof and adding a completely new roof with a higher ridge to accommodate three bedrooms, an en-suite and a family bathroom

During the first few months as the roof came off and the new frame started to go up there was minimal disruption to the interior plus we were able to go up and walk in the new space once it was safe to do so. This allowed us to talk changes through with Andy and make the space exactly what we wanted

Andy's joinery is fabulous and all kinds off technical aspects of it have been praised by friends and family who understand such things

We cannot fault the quality of Andy's work or his work ethic - his singing along to radio 2 is another matter!

Admin, payments and all paperwork were all efficiently managed by Peta-Marie who also gave us lots of notice of holiday dates, supply deliver dates etc.
