Wait n Sea has a new name following a change of owners last month.

From tomorrow, the new sign will be up at the door, and it will be called "Prospect Cottage".

We have one week left in July to fill (from 31st July) and then we have availability from 14 August when we will be allowing dogs to stay too - a change from our current no pet policy.

Hope you find these floor plans useful to understand the layout of our lovely cottage.

Enter through the hall with a downstairs wc on the right. There is a large kitchen / diner / lounge with bifold doors opening onto the outside patio with table/chairs, brick BBQ and bench.

Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms, and a bathroom in between. The main bedroom has double doors onto the balcony too. Both bedrooms have TVs and built-in wardrobes.

We hope to welcome guests back as soon as travel is allowed again. We are taking provisional bookings from February onwards, and refunding/transferring if we are still under travel restrictions.

We're getting ready to welcome our first private guests to the cottage from next Feb half-term. We can offer a truely pet-free experience, ideal for those with pet-allergies, as most properties at the Bay allow dogs.

We sleep 4 comfortably, with 2 spacious bedrooms in this Bilander-style cottage. Kingsize bedroom, and a full-size twin bedroom. There's the bonus of a balcony off the main bedroom for relaxing with your morning coffee, or your evening glass of fizz. There's a large patio and BBQ too - this cottage is extremely well-equipped for 2 couples or a small family. Travel cot/high chair for baby too if needed.
