Sweetapples Barn is in Martin, Hampshire‘s most westerly village only 20 minutes from either Salisbury or Fordingbridge. It is an idyllic village, on the edge of Martin Down Nature Reserve with its array of orchids, birds and butterflies, situated close to the beautiful New Forest, whilst also on the Wiltshire/Dorset border and within the Cranborne Chase ‘Area of outstanding Natural Beauty’ half way between Salisbury and Blandford. We offer B and B in two self contained, well presented Guest cottages nestled away beyond our orchard. Their tranquil, private location ensures a peaceful stay off the beaten track with clear starlit night skies and wonderful birdsong being treats to enjoy. There are wonderful walks straight from the door whilst the many interesting places to visit in the area are easily accessible by car.
